Leading a small team, I already faced the challenge of tracking work hours, managing payroll and ensuring productivity—all. Recognizing the inefficiencies and limitations of existing solutions, I decided to create my own attendance management system tailored to the needs of my team.
What started as an in-house tool quickly proved to be a market need. The system not only simplified my attendance tracking but also improved overall efficiency. As word spread about, clients I have previously worked with took notice. They saw the potential for this tool to transform their own operations and started requesting access to it.
